We currently ship to Australia, the United States, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

- 🇬🇧 £50
Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated automatically at checkout.
3. ⏱️How long will my order take?
As many of our products are made to order or shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, delivery times may vary.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- USA: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- UK & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
4. 📦 How can I track my order?
We’ll email your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
5. 🐶 Are your products good quality?
We carefully select products we believe offer excellent quality, comfort and value. Every product is chosen with pet lovers in mind, and we only stock items we’d be happy to recommend to fellow pet owners.
6. ↩️ What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. 🔄 Can I return an item?
Many of our products are made to order or specially prepared, so we can’t accept returns for change of mind.

8. ♥️ Who are Molly, Harley & Spooky?
Molly Talks, Harley Listens was inspired by our own furry family.
Harley and Molly are our two much-loved Border Collies, each with their own unique personality, while Spooky is our curious black cat who likes to supervise everything we do.
Together, they’re the inspiration behind our store and our mission to help pets and their people enjoy life’s adventures together.
